House rules ensure your stay is enjoyable because the previous guests followed the rules. They also ensure the hosts continue enjoying Airbnb and thrive to provide a clean satisfying experience for you.

We ask that you be respectful of neighbors, no parties or loud music.

Illegal downloads are forbidden.

Do not move any of the furniture, obviously besides the dining chairs and barstools.

Do not move or tamper with exterior security cameras.

Dogs allowed in the house in a pet porter ONLY when outside temperatures at night are 45 degrees or less. When outside temperatures at night are greater than 45 degrees dogs must remain outside in a kennel. ($40 extra per dog, no more than 2 dogs. Paid before check-in)

No smoking in the house. (Up to $500 fee)

Extra cleaning fee for Excessively dirty home.

Late checkout fee (1 – 30 mins late $50, 2 hours or more will be charged an additional day rent but will not award you to hold possession for that additional day, this is just the fee for being that late on checkout.)

Must have a valid working phone number.

Undeclared guests will be charged $40 dollars extra per day.

If you have any complaints about this property exp. Amenities, cleanliness or otherwise. Upon this complaint you are authorizing us to come into the property and fix, clean or repair within reason up to the standard you require it to be.

One door is marked “Employee Only” please do not enter this closet.

Please take full trash bags out front to the green trash barrel. If you have an accidental spill please clean it up with the provided cleaning supplies in the black and white closet next to the Kitchen TV.

Any violation of any portion of these house rules will be grounds for

immediate termination of reservation without refund.
